40% fee of your total order.  For drop-in visits & dog walking there is a 50% fee

Your remaining balance is due the day before we start your visit . Drop-ins & dog walk fees are due prior to your appointment.

Then your amount will be recalculated depending on your needs. If you no longer need our services please remember that you will NOT get your deposit back.

I know that having a new pet sitter in your home for the first time can be nerve-racking.  That's why myself, my daughters & Sybil are all fully background checked & together we can schedule a meet and greet to get to know each other and this also gives us time to bond with your pet. Yes I am. I'm the owner of my business and I take my job very seriously. My prices are set. If you have multiple animals to take care of there is a charge for each one. Please refer to my pricing page for more information.

We do our very best to accommodate your request but sometime one of us is already booked.  

I will be the first choice when it comes to care (this is my full time business). If for some reason there is a change of bookings on our end you might have a different sitter. We do our best to not have that happen but sometimes things might arise.  You will definitely be informed if they're any changes. We try very hard to avoid this.

99% of the time yes but additional help might be needed during our stay ie: drop-in visits, dog walking etc. We are a great team! We do our best to accommodate your requests. 

At this time I do not offer boarding

Yes. Just send me a text/phone call @ 707-803-8779 and I will check our availability 

Most indoor only dogs will require a minimum of 4 visits per day example: 30 min for breakfast, 15 min potty break, 30 min for dinner &15 min last call potty break. If we are booked for overnights these 4 visits per day work out great for most dogs.

Yes. I have a current Chesterfield County license & pet business insurance.

Of course! Fees will be slightly higher if you are more than 12 miles away from me (23112) because of travel time.
