40% down & non-refundable

40% fee of your total order.  For drop-in visits & dog walking there is a 50% fee

Your remaining balance is due the day before I start the visit . Drop-ins & dog walks fees are due prior to the appointment.

Then your amount will be recalculated depending on your needs. If you no longer need my services please remember that you will NOT get your deposit back.

I know that having a new pet sitter in your home for the first time can be nerve-racking.  That's why myself and my daughters Alexis & Audrey are both fully background checked & together we can schedule a meet and greet to get to know each other and this also gives us time to bond with your pet. Yes I am. I'm the owner of my business and I take my job very seriously. My prices are set. If you have multiple animals to take care of there is a charge for each one. Please refer to my pricing page for more information.

We do our very best to accommodate your request but sometime one of us is already booked.  

I will be the first choice when it comes to care (this is my full time business). If for some reason there is a change of bookings on our end you might have a different sitter. Audrey & Alexis are my daughter and they both work with me. We do our best to not have that happen but sometimes things might arise.  You will definitely be informed if they're any changes. We try very hard to avoid this but with my daughter being a student her schedule might be better for a different booking.

99% of the time yes but additional help might be needed during our stay ie: drop-in visits, dog walking etc. We are a great team! If I'm booked my daughters & I will do our best to accommodate your requests. 

At the time I do not offer boarding

Most indoor only dogs will require a minimum of 3 visits per day (at least morning, afternoon, and evening).  We offer 15 & 30 minute drop-ins

Yes. I have a current Chesterfield County license & pet business insurance.

Of course! Fees will be slightly higher if you are more than 12 miles away from me (23112) because of travel time.
